First, Congratulations on registering an awesome Sky Mountain Retreat! Our staff for the Costa Rica retreat had over 82 YEARS OF COMBINED EXPERIENCE in their respective fields! Having the ability to train with Granmaster Henry Look is icing on the cake, if not the cake itself! This is the opportunity of a life time and we are happy you can join us!

As stated in the previous section, our prices include lodging, vegetarian meals, retreat related activities, and all transportation associated with those activities.
PAYMENTS
As a reminder, Early Bird registration is due in full by the end of the Early Bird registration period. If the down payment isn't received by the deadline you will forfeit the Early Bird Discount.
All initial retreat depostits are non-refundable. The Initial deposit is to reserve your space. The remaining balance is due 30 days before retreat departure. We encourage you to pay in full as soon as possible as accommodations are chosen based on payment date.
Subsequent payments are refundable up to 50%, if paid in cash, if cancellation occurs 45 days before the retreat start date. The remaining 50% may be applied to a future retreat, but will expire one year within the retreat cancellation.
We can register someone who would like to accompany you on the retreat for a discounted price. Contact us for more information.
We would be happy to place you with a roommate if you are interested in double occupancy, and anticipate traveling by yourself. In past experiences the participants who roomed with someone else had a GREAT time!
Reservation is effective upon receipt of this registration form and payment of the deposit or Early Bird discounted price.
If you believe, for any reason, that an event may keep you from attending this retreat you may purchase Travel Insurance, which protects your payment from unforseeable circumstances.

Payment may either be mailed in with this form or securely paid online. Payment must be RECEIVED by all payment deadline dates to ensure your registration.
Each person in your party must fill out a registration and payment form to participate. Your space will be considered filled when we receive your registration confirmation form. Signing this form and payment constitutes acceptance of both these terms and the Sky Mountain cancellation policy.

I agree that Sky Mountain and its instructors shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay incurred to me or my property while attending any and all activities associated with the trip. I agree to assume all risks associated with the trip and agree that no liability will be attached to Sky Mountain for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damages to property or health. Sky Mountain reserves the right to change the class schedule, curriculum, and instructor lineup if it is so deemed necessary.
Furthermore, Sky Mountain shall not be held liable or responsible for any expenses, including but not limited to lodging, meals, and transportation incurred by delays or other issues outside of our program jurisdiction.
